Fitness classes are included in your membership! Our low-cost no contract gym is open 24/7 and conveniently located in the Stratford Centre, near to CeX, Iceland, and Market Village.

How to find us
By Car: Parking is available at the Stratford Centre, if you pop E15 1XE into your SatNav. This is a pay and display car park, operated by the local council, charges do apply.
By Bus: Stratford bus station is a short walk away from the club, with links to bus routes, 25, 86, 104, 158, 238, 257, 262, 473, 678, D8 and N86.
By Train and Tube: A short walk away from the club is Stratford Station serviced by both the London Underground (Central and Jubilee lines), and the London Overground (TfL Rail, Overground, c2c, Great Anglia and DLR).
