Our Plymouth Marsh Mills gym has an immersive fitness studio and functional training zone, a free weights area, cardio equipment and fixed resistance machines. Plus, spacious changing rooms with secure lockers and vanity stations.
Fitness classes are included in your membership and there’s one for every ability and fitness goal. And our team of Personal Trainers are available for one on one sessions and gym inductions.
Plymouth Marsh Mills is part of Coypool Retail Park next door to Dreams.

How to find us
By car: Easy access from Plymouth centre, using either Alexandra Road, or Plymouth Road, A374 (eastbound). At the roundabout (just after Sainsbury’s) take the 2nd exit and continue on Plymouth Road.
Free parking is available outside the gym. Simply enter your car number plate into the tablet located to the left of the pods.

By train: Plymouth train station is 3.9 miles away from the gym. Leave the retail park and turn right onto Plymouth Road. Then turn right onto Alexandra Road and follow the road until you see the station.
By bus: The nearest bus stop is behind the gym on Woodford Avenue. Bus routes 20, 20A and 103 stop here.
Bicycle racks are also available onsite.
