OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY
To make your busy lifestyle more manageable our doors are open 24 hours a day, meaning you can pop down for a work-out whenever you feel like it - and in safe surroundings too. Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird we’re ready and waiting to help you in your fitness mission. However, we also have a discounted off-peak membership from 9pm-6am Monday-Friday and all weekend for those of you who don’t want the freedom of round-the-clock exercise.
CONTRACT-FREE MEMBERSHIP
Unlike some gyms, there is no contract when you become a member so that you are totally in control of your finances at all times. Because we are contract-free you can cancel your membership whenever you like and without a penalty!
PACKED WITH KIT TO MAKE YOU FIT
However, we’ve got plenty of other reasons to encourage you to stay! Despite being a cheap gym we are stacked with 220 pieces of world-class kit to help you achieve your fitness goals. We also have a huge free weights area and a training rig where you can build up your strength and fitness. Jump on board our cross trainers, treadmills, steppers and rowers, all equipped with computerised monitors to provide feedback on your performance. We also have a functional area kitted with prowlers, medicine balls and battle ropes too! Whichever part of your body you wish to improve, we have the equipment to help you achieve it.
TOP OF THE CLASSES!
We’re not just about the individual at PureGym, we also have more than 50 free classes available every week. Whether you enjoy working out with a gym buddy or in the company of others we’re sure you’ll find a class to interest you. For an intense work-out, join the fat-burn class which gives calories a rough ride. Or give your legs, bums, tums and abs a treat in our group sessions which target specific areas of the body. Get your heart pumping and your body moving in circuits, boot camp and cycle or if you prefer a more relaxing form of exercise to improve strength and flexibility, sample our stretch and yoga classes. Fast or slow, our classes are always on the go!

How to find us
Our gym is based on Arundel Street, next to Wilkinsons and Ladbrokes. If you're coming by car, pop PO1 1NB into your SatNav. There is free parking from 6pm-8am on Arundel Street. If you’re travelling by public transport, we’re a five-minute walk from the main bus and train stations.
