Workout in a group environment
Portsmouth North Harbour has quality digital group exercise classes such as Les Mills BODYPUMP & THE TRIP (Cycle) and Beach Body’s Insanity & PiYo offered for free in the digital studio and digital cycle studio. We also have a new and exciting range of functional classes which will have you feeling fitter, stronger and more toned. There are over 200 scheduled classes to choose from each week so if you prefer to work out in a group you're spoilt for choice at PureGym Portsmouth North Harbour.
Digital Studio
Looking to get more toned? Join our Les Mills BODYPUMP classes which take place in the Digital Studio. Using light to moderate weights you will be guided and challenged through a total body workout with great tunes, making it a fun class which will leave you coming back for more.
Digital Cycle Studio
Join us in the Digital Cycle studio to get a fun, low impact workout in. With great music pumping, you'll be cycling your way to a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Suitable from beginners to advanced gym goers, you can control your own resistance levels and speed so you can work up to the level that suits you.
On demand classes
Not able to make your favourite class? No problem. When there aren't scheduled classes, you can pick from on-demand classes in our digital studios, 24 hours a day, with no need to book. You’ll be able to get an effective, guided workout in 30 minutes or less!

If you’re keen to start your journey to smashing your goals today, you can join online in seconds. Simply select the gym from the drop down menu on our joining page, fill out your details, and you’ll receive your unique PIN giving you unlimited access to your new gym.
How to find us
You'll find us in Portsmouth North Harbour above Home Bargains, across the road from Tesco Extra, and near to The Vet, Greggs, Explore Learning and Subway.
You can park onsite for free for two hours. The nearest bus stop is seconds away on Southampton Road where there's a regular service from bus numbers SD4, SD5 and X4, and we're just over a mile away from Cosham train station. *Parking restrictions may apply. Please check in the car park before you enter the gym. PureGym is not responsible for any parking fines.
