I'm a Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach and have been working in the fitness industry for over three years. I particularly specialise in Weight Loss, Fat Loss and Strength Training. You'll mostly find me in the functional area of the gym as I enjoy strength training and teaching SWEAT/STRENGTH classes the most!
Outside of PureGym I'm an avid rugby player so you'll find me on the field or in the club after games on Saturdays. I'm really excited to help you all take your training & results to the next level in our brand new gym!
