I started weightlifting in my late teens and for the first few years I struggled, sifting through the huge amount of information available. Eventually I learned what does and does not work and now I want to help you avoid my troubles as you start your own fitness journey.

A weightlifting program can be designed to accommodate any fitness goal, be it body fat reduction, strength or size gains. Unfortunately, many people are typically afraid of lifting weights or simply don’t know how to do so. This is where I come in; to help you expand your gym experience and help you be the best you.
