Alex Matter
I am a personal trainer here at PureGym WSM, as well as a football coach with a degree in Sports Coaching & Development and a lifelong passion for exercise; aiming to assist clients in achieving a wide variety of fitness goals – whether that be an increase in strength, improving their cardiovascular fitness or transforming their body – through structured programming, guidance, motivation and accountability.
Beginning with a consultation to gain an understanding of your lifestyle and goals, I would then design a training programme specific to your schedule and needs, as well as face-to-face coaching and weekly check-ins to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments if needed.
I also specialise in sport-related fitness – enabling you to reach your potential and perform to the best of your ability on a matchday by providing tailored training plans and 1-2-1 coaching based on your needs as an athlete.
