Hey, I'm Charon, a personal trainer experienced in working with women who have children & individuals who find it hard making time focusing on their mental and physical health.

I am also a qualified dental nurse who has worked with a variety of patients needing extra support, ranging from all ages.

I specialize in creating customized workout plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs. My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals while also improving your overall health and well-being.

I take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not only on physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. I understand the unique needs of women during their menstrual cycle, including a decrease in strength and endurance during the luteal phase, which occurs in the second half of the cycle. Additionally, women may experience an increase in appetite and food cravings during this time, which can make it more difficult to maintain a calorie deficit. I also have an understanding of endo, polycystic ovaries & menopause, understanding how they can also affect your body such as weight loss, weight gain, increased pain during your periods and more. By taking these factors into account when creating customized workout plans, I can help my clients achieve their fitness goals while also improving their overall health and well-being.
