Being healthy in body and mind is my guiding principle. I have been active in my community for the last twenty years working with both adults and children supporting them to improve their strength, endurance and overall fitness.
My client base is not limited by your age, ability or disability. Whether it’s your first time in the gym or returning after some time out I can create a program to suit your needs. I also work in groups of three (maximum), so why not bring a friend or two with you.
I love personal training and although I am disciplined and focussed when in the gym I know sessions are all about you and what you want to achieve. I will be your guide.
