Emma Hignett
I trained to be a Personal Trainer as I am extremely passionate about the things I love. Weight training, HIIT and dance are just a few. I believe exercise is more than just changing the way you look but also changing the way you feel, building confidence and strength, improving physical and mental wellbeing, increasing energy levels and happiness.
I danced regularly as a child and then went on to train at a professional dance studio, during this time I discovered my love of fitness, shortly after I began weight training and it all started from there.
With my passion, energy and enthusiasm I want to help you find a form of exercise you love, so keeping fit isn't a chore.
