I started my fitness journey through Martial arts, initially. I just wanted to learn how to be more confident and how to protect myself and my family. Gradually I progressed into other fitness activities, and I am passionate about helping others change their lifestyle and feel good about themselves.

For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting the necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what they are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it my mission to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.
Fitness is a personal journey, but sometimes we need help to achieve our goals in life, no matter what they may be, and I will be there every step of the way.
