The keys to becoming fitter and healthier are persistence, consistency and patience. There is no secret formula or shortcuts to achieving your goals, just hard work and dedication. Though the road may be long and tough, the journey should be enjoyable!

My passions in life are health and fitness. I love pushing myself and smashing my goals. More than that, I have a passion for inspiring and educating others - together we will set and surpass your goals. I have a background in American football, rugby and combat performance and am training for powerlifting. However, I did not lead a healthy lifestyle growing up and for most of my school life I struggled with weight and body confidence. I know the road seems daunting and that it can be hard knowing where to start, but with the right guidance and motivation it can be achieved.  

Whether your goal is to drop body fat, increase lean muscle mass or become stronger, we can work together to develop a personalised training and nutrition programme that is right for you.
