I have always been into sports and fitness growing up, with my main focus being on athletics and kickboxing in which I competed and achieved at high levels.
I began working out in 2021 after graduating and started to really enjoy it, from there I’ve been going consistently for the last 2 years and been absolutely loving it!
I’m here to work on improvement with strength, hypotrophy, weight loss, overall fitness and wellbeing / lifestyle.
Achieving your and working towards your goals should be both fun and rewarding, so my aim is to help you get a better understanding and help you work towards achieving your goals, whatever they may be!
