About Me:
Hey guys! My name is Jirawat but people usually call me J. I have been training for 6 years now, gaining knowledge along the way in effective training and nutrition through my bodybuilding competition experience. I decided to become a personal trainer because I have a love for training and helping people achieve their goals.
In my experience through bodybuilding, I have learnt how to lose weight with minimal muscle loss. I have also learnt how important nutrition is and how to adjust training around the diet.
My goal as a trainer is to help you make small, sustainable changes so that you can live your day-to-day life without huge sacrifice. We will set achievable and maintainable goals, whilst following a set training plan to keep you accountable. This is not a quick fix, this is a long process that takes time.
