Health and fitness have always been a massive passion for me, leading me to study Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage to degree level followed by Level 3 Personal Training.
I have a solid understanding and experience of a wide range of sporting disciplines with particular expertise in Strength & Conditioning and Injury Rehabilitation gained from working alongside high level sports teams.
As your PT you can expect someone who is dedicated towards helping you smash your fitness goals and ambitions whatever that may be, whether it is to get stronger, tone up or improve performance. I also work to ensure that all my clients have fun and feel at ease during our sessions together. So whether you have been training for a few years or just starting on your fitness journey, I'd be delighted to help.
