I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, I got started in this industry by helping team mates , family members and friends in sports and everyday life and thought I was pretty good at this seeing there results made me feel fulfilled and happy.
My struggle was confidence for years since I was a young age in everything I did, I was very under weight and weak which just killed my confidence looking in the mirror was hard.
My strongest skills are Building muscle and fat loss as they strongly relate to my still ongoing journey where I have tons of information of the best things to do to not slow your progress down.
I’ve always been a sports and fitness lover my whole life as in the past I have been a Runner, Footballer and saw the benefits of doing something active it by having more energy, looking better and overall life becoming easier
