I started my fitness journey after finishing university and losing my mother. I looked at myself and realised I wasn’t happy with what I saw, university brought far too much eating and drinking than my body could handle. After that I went on my own fitness and weight loss journey. Once I got my weight down I realised there was so much to it than just being “skinny”. I gained weight and started building up my muscles and strength.
