I have been a personal trainer and online health and fitness coach since 2020. I love helping people achieve new levels of fitness and unreal levels of confidence.
I have been very active throughout my life with a history of ballet and athletics and I have been training myself in a gym setting for 10 years now. I have experience in powerlifting (with a couple of competitions under my belt), bodybuilding, and I have also dabbled in the world of CrossFit.
I love helping my clients feel empowered by getting strong, and I love helping my clients build up areas of their body they want to accentuate - hello sculpted arms, shoulders and glutes!
My services encompass a completely tailored experience - your programmes and nutritional guidance are completely unique to you and your goals.
I pride myself on keeping my clients adherent and focused on their goals while navigating the obstacles life throws their way. And most importantly, I help make sure their journey is fun (you're less likely to stick to it if you're hating it!)
