Luke Bennett

Hey my names Luke. Since I was young I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness, through having 10+ years of martial arts experience competing in both kickboxing and mma my aim is to bring a different take on developing fitness at pure gym.  As a Personal trainer I offer both 121 and group boxing and kickboxing sessions that can be either 30 minutes or an hour long that are great for complete beginners or experienced athletes.

I am also well versed in weight training and cardiovascular fitness. Having recently challenged myself to improve my cardio in the lockdown, I managed to cut down my 5k time to just 17 minutes whilst maintaining my muscle mass. I'm able to provide tailored sessions personalised just for you whether your aims are to improve fitness, lose weight, build muscle or tone up.
