Megan Muir

Hi I’m Megan, I have spent years in the gym gaining knowledge on how to build muscle and get stronger, allowing me to hit many personal goals.

 

Playing multiple sports including rugby and hockey I have picked up multiple injuries including a broken knee and torn ligaments so I have personal experience of rehabilitation after injuries.

 

I have previously struggled with my own weight and diet and got myself to a good place, this in turn can help me to help you achieve your own fitness and nutrition goals and in turn have a healthier body.
