Micheal Olorode

Fitness provides a safe space for us to work on our unique versions of greatness. Over the past eight years, fitness has supported my physical and mental growth. My fitness journey began with me deciding I wanted to get bigger and stronger to make me feel more confident, this came with a lot of challenges that I had to overcome. I soon became overwhelmed with information and struggled to find long-term solutions. After years of training, I developed a relationship with exercise and nutrition that made me feel fulfilled. My constant drive for growth has allowed me to build on this foundation and pursue competitive powerlifting.

We each have personal and unique relationships with exercise and nutrition, it’s important that these relationships are enjoyable and sustainable. I understand the importance of balancing your commitments with your goals; I have balanced university and work with attaining mine. The gym should feel like a sanctuary for us to work on ourselves but there are lots of reasons why we can struggle with finding that feeling. I provide a safe space to support you in understanding your current situation and helping you work towards a healthier and stronger you.
