Hi, I'm Nick and I have been working in the fitness industry for over seven years and strength training myself for over fifteen. I have helped people of all ages and skill levels progress in their fitness journey by combining my own experience and the scientific principles I developed at university. I structure training around mastering the basics and then adding in more advanced techniques based on individual needs.
Training is a big part of my life as it helped me build both self-esteem as well as discipline. It has both physical and mental benefits that everyone can enjoy given the proper instruction. To that end, I design exercise programmes as well as nutrition plans in order to maximise the effectiveness of the time spent in the gym.
