Having children means it's important for me to make time for myself, to train with intensity to set an example and to be as fit and healthy as possible... for as long as possible
I help people who want to add that drive back into their lives and take control of their health again. Busy people who want to maximise their time at the gym and get the most out of their workouts.
My sessions are intense, the same as my own training which includes strength and conditioning and martial arts and I pride myself in getting the best out of my clients, especially when they feel they can't do it themselves.
