I have been a personal trainer for 38 years working with female and male clients helping them to achieve their specific goals through effective exercise and nutritional planning, understanding these principles and applying them are keys to your success, that's where my job kicks in as your personal trainer, I take care of all that, just follow what I say, and I guarantee you results.
I have been involved with sport all my life starting with playing football at various clubs then set up a commercial gym helping mainly female and male body-builders get into contest shape, alongside non athletes wishing to lose body-fat and Tone. For 15 years I competed as a competitive body-builder, lowering my body fat to 5% while maintaining muscle mass.
