I specialize in helping both beginners starting out on their journey to transform mind, body and soul by taking a holistic approach to health and well being as well as helping more experienced clients elevate their current fitness routines to see the results they aren't achieving on their own. I use a mixture of weight lifting, functional movement, calisthenics and bodybuilding technique to help my clients build a passion for health and exercise.

Coming from a non-fitness background and having lost 30kg myself, i completely understand the process, challenges and hard work required... I have done it myself and i can help guide you in your own journey to achieve your goals!
