I work with females who want to get strong, build lean muscle and transform their physiques. I have worked with lots of women over the years and the most common problem I’ve seen is not knowing where to start and having the motivation and determination to keep going!

I was once in that position over 5 years when I had a lack of knowledge and awareness on how to correct bad posture from my spinal issues and my confidence went down dramatically until I decided to make a plan.
