Hi I'm Tyrone, one of the Personal Trainers here at Pure Gym Stockport North.
My fitness journey started around 7 years ago. I began my mission because I lacked confidence & was insecure about my body. I wanted mental clarity and to improve my overall health. I was far from comfortable in my own skin at the time, unable to wear certain clothes in public and feel confident. That's when I knew I needed to take action and make a change, so I signed up to my first gym. Since then I have been developing my knowledge on nutrition & exercise through in-depth research and training to get the best results for my clients.
If you are someone that is interested in transforming your body & lifestyle whilst learning how to keep those results for the long run, I offer 1-2-1 personal training & online coaching.
I also build tailor-made exercise programmes with or without personal training, such as plans that help vou lose fat fast, increase your strength, build muscle, improve general fitness & well-being.
